Hotel Policy

1. Reservation & Booking Policy:

  • All bookings require a 50% advance payment to confirm the reservation.
  • The remaining 50% balance must be paid 48 hours before check-in.
  • Reservations remain tentative until the full payment is received and acknowledged.
  • Special rates and offers are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
  • A valid government ID is required for all guests at check-in.

2. Check-In & Check-Out Policy:

  • Check-in Time: 2:00 PM onwards.
  • Check-out Time: 11:00 AM.
  • Early check-in is subject to availability and may be charged one full night’s stay.
  • Late check-out:
    • Between 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Charged 50% of the daily room rate.
    • After 6:00 PM: Charged as one full night’s stay.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before arrival: Full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival: No refund.
  • No-show policy: 100% booking amount will be charged.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 30 days from the cancellation date.

4. Early Departure Policy:

  • If a guest checks out earlier than the booked duration, one night's charge or 100% of the total booking amount may apply.

5. Meal Plan & Extra Meal Charges:

  • All meal plans include buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner at designated dining areas.
  • Any extra meal request is chargeable as per the following rates:

  • All prices exclude 12% GST.

6. Banquet & Event Policy:

  • Venue bookings must be confirmed with a 50% advance payment.
  • Venue charges apply for an 8-hour shift, including setup and breakdown time.
  • Corkage fees apply for guests bringing their own liquor:
    • Beer Bottle: ₹100 + 10% VAT per bottle
    • Indian Liquor (750ML): ₹750 + 10% VAT per bottle
    • Imported Liquor (1000ML): ₹950 + 10% VAT per bottle
  • Bar service charge of ₹15,000 + 18% GST applies when corkage policy is in effect.

7. Damage & Liability Policy:

  • Any damage to hotel property caused by guests will be charged to the guest’s account.
  • Discover Resorts is not responsible for loss of valuables. Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes or the front desk locker facility.

8. Swimming Pool Regulations:

  • Proper swimming attire is mandatory.
  • Diving is strictly prohibited.
  • Guests below 16 years must be accompanied by an adult.

9. Green & Sustainable Policy:

  • No televisions in rooms to encourage digital detox and eco-friendly stays.
  • No landline phones in rooms; guests can reach services via mobile.
  • Electronic key access via OTP system instead of physical key cards.
  • Energy-efficient heat pumps for hot water.

10. Pet Policy:

  • Pets are allowed in designated rooms and outdoor areas.
  • Owners must clean up after their pets and ensure they do not disturb other guests.

11. Smoking & Noise Policy:

  • Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
  • Loud music or noise should be avoided after 10:00 PM.

12. Refund & Payment Policy:

  • Payments via UPI, RUPAY, IMPS, NEFT, and RTGS are exempt from the 2% convenience fee applicable to credit/debit card transactions.
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days if applicable.

13. Booking Status & Validity:

  • This document serves as a quotation only.
  • No rooms, banquet spaces, or event venues are reserved until payment is received.
  • Rates mentioned are valid for 15 days from the date of quote and may be subject to change.
